  • Description: Selling a custom-made catamaranimaran/proa kayak system. This boat was designed to be assembled using the same heavy-duty aluminum poles and fittings in many ways, including as a catamaran, a trimaran or 2 individual proas. This is an overbuilt system that has seen very heavy water with ho issues...has been up to 14 knots in the trimaran configuration. Motors at 6 knots and gets 32 miles per gallon. Rock solid construction. All critical bulkheads were rebuilt out of foam-core glass to take the loads of the 13' beam. You can paddle/sail or motor with the 2 HP honda. Includes two kayaks, two amas, all poles, mounts, brackets, battened sails, masts, 2 custom leeboards, custom aluminum trailer, Garmin GPS, anchor, fuel tanks, 2 (two) Honda air-cooled long stroke outboards, 4 paddles, 4 skirts, etc. etc. The only downside of this boat is that it is impossible to launch it without a bunch of people lining up and asking all about it!

  • THE OUTREMER 49 PERFORMANCE CATAMARAN is the newest model from the 30 year old yard in the South of France which has produced legendary cruising cats and transatlantic race winners. She is an innovative creation from the design: board of Christophe Barreau well known for his successful multihulls such as the TS50 and Catana range of catamarans. The Outremer 49 is a fast cruising catamaran and is equipped with twin daggerboards that will help the windward sailing ability as well as reduce the draft to a mere 32″. A cleverly integrated composite bimini forms a lightweight platform to attend to the sail bag and it can be converted into a fully enclosed cockpit providing shelter from rain and sun. The floor is conceived completely flush, on one level and there are no steps between the saloon and the outside cockpit.

  • The Nonsuch 30 is a 1980 Classic, hull #33. It has a diesel engine with a saildrive two blade fixed prop. Originally it had a folding prop but it proved to be problematic. The boat has just the basic inventory : no dodger, no bimini, etc.. The lines are just a few years old ( halyards, sheet, dock lines ). I was going to take the sail in to have two batten pockets sewn but haven't done so yet. I was also going to have the knot meter and depth sounder replaced before the start of the season. The hull is in good shape as is the interior. The boat has been a one owner boat and has been tended to as need arose. The boat has only been cruised twice on Lake Ontario and day sailed the rest of the time. In fact, over the last few years it hasn't even left its dock ( no time to sail ). Currently in Niagara On the Lake but not in the water. You can contact me by email or phone 905 735 7585. Marine survey completed last June and available for viewing upon request.
