- Description: It just went through a complete professional refurbishment with new paint inside and out, new transom, and new rudder. It comes with sail, two piece aluminum mast, refinished oars, dagger board, aluminum boom with rigging, and a cover. It also comes with a brand new trailer that is licensed until June of 2017. c&c Landfall 35 equipment- Princess 3: burner stove and oven. Original from 1989, perfectly functional. Twin 10# propane tanks in outside vented locker with solenoid.

- CSV LeaderShip is a registered 1986 Canadian Sailcraft CS40 Hull no2. She is 40 feet in length of 12.79 tons with a draft of 5’ 7”. She was designed by Tony Castro for high-seas racing/cruising and custom: built for two board of directors’ members of the Canadian Sailcraft Company. She sails wonderfully under any kind of weather.All the key systems have been maintained, updated and/or replaced in the past 4 years and she has no deck rot. We are her third owner and she has been used for cruising the Georgian Bay since 2008. She has never seen salt water and has never been in an accident. No expense has been spared to keep her seaworthy and comfortable since 1996 as both Andre, her former owner, and I had the means and interest to keep her up.
