- The new Bavaria Vision set a new standard in the owner’s cruiser category, with a focus on high: end elegance, comfort and easy handling. The unique cockpit design with offset companionway allows for a large port cockpit table that is electrically lowered and convertible to a day/lounging bed – which creates a true living cockpit, not yet seen in the production cruiser class. The Vision’s many unique comfort and handling features combine with elegant interiors

Designed by Charlie Morgan for the Midget Ocean Racing Club (MORC), Significant Other is a solidly built, offshore: capable pocket racer/cruiser with a PHRF of 168. Solid FRP hull with encapsulated lead ballast. This is the “offshore version” with the head forward, creating a spacious interior with over six feet of headroom. Sleeps up to five with convertible port settee extended. Six large opening ports provide excellent ventilation and light. Fun and responsive yet sturdy and forgiving to sail, capable of speeds over 10 knots (fully under control). Professionally maintained by top Long Island yard and loaded with gear.
- LOA: M14.2 / Ft 46’8
- Construction: Mahogany planks over white oak frames
- Spars: Original varnished spruce, fractional rig boomkin
- OWNERS REMARKS: Pogeyan was purchased in 2011 and transformed from a coastal cruising yacht to an ocean passage maker in the same year. She has been sailed predominately in very remote locations. Her list of spares and equipment reflect the need to be self sufficient in locals far from the average sailor. She is a proven passage maker with a safe and comfortable motion at sea. No expense has been spared in her upgrades and upkeep. She continues to sail the Pacific Ocean.
- LWL: M 12.99/ FT 42'8"
- Beam: M 7.4/ FT 24'3"
- BUILDERS REMARKS: Designed in collaboration between the architect Alex Simonis and Robertson & Caine. The Leopard 47 is the best combination of space, performance, quality and value. Built in Cape Town, South Africa; outfitted with US equipment, including complete electronics, generator and air conditioning. The Leopard 47 features a galley up, private and spacious heads, an aft platform with direct easy access to the cockpit, and great performance under power and sail.

- 2 self-tailing Lewman 44CST 2: speed winches provided on mast for halyard & reef line operation; 2 jammers for halyards and a snatch block for reef lines.
- Depth Finder / Fish Finder -- I installed a Vexilar T: Box SonarPhone system that allows use of a depth finder and can be incorporated with Navonics for GPS plotting.
- Water heater -- the boat has a small water heater that works off shore power (120v) -: however, this is currently disconnected and needs rewired to restore service. Since I never use hot water when I have shore power, it has not been an issue I have worried about repairing
- Air Conditioner -: the boat has an A/C system that runs off of shore power (120v). The previous owner broke the water shut off valve handle (in the off position), and I have never bothered to have the condition repaired. The PO did say he was told when he purchased it, that there was a small Freon leak in the system, so I recommend review by a marine a/c specialist, if you wish to have the system restored to use.
