• Description: Sleeps seven comfortably, two in the master stateroom aft, two in the v-berth forward, two on the L-shaped convertible dinette, and one on the settee to starboard. The interior is teak and teak veneer over marine plywood. The cabin sole is teak and holly. There is easy access to all bilge areas through lift-up teak floorboard. All interior wood is in great condition with no signs of water intrusion.

• 5 sails: main, storm jib, 100% jib, genoa, gennaker
• Hull- Year 1999. Hull color is light blue. Sailed for last 2 fall seasons in high school sailing and garaged upside: down for rest of year. Bought from previous owner 2 years ago who for previous 6 years garaged boat upside down and sailed it only casually before that. Good condition. Had minor fiberglass damage 10 years ago but was professionally repaired to original condition. Has inspection port in cockpit as a result.Comes with one bottom cover in good condition.
• Sails: Two; one practice and one race both with sail number 166108. Practice sail that oringally came with boat and used moderatly in decent condition. Newer race sail with new sail cut gently used in excellent condition used circa 10 ten times. Comes with one set of battons.
• Rigging: Rigged to race and win. Boom vang, cunning ham, adjustable back stay (leads length of each side of cockpit), reef lines lead to cockpit, all halyards lead to cockpit.

• Dolly: Sietech made laser dolly in good condition.
• stuff to do: new windows (plexiglass) rebuild sliding hatch for companionway, replace thru hulls...the deck could use a coat of paint and the bottom paint will need to be done this year probably
• This is a 2005 MacGregor 26M sailboat with many features and currently is located at Hanna Creek Marina in a slip for the season (May 1st : October 31st) which is included. It has a 2006 Yamaha 50hp outboard engine. I have attached pictures including two (2) documents stating all the features of this boat. Also includes a MacGregor trailer. Everything has been serviced, cleaned up, and she is all ready to go for a great summer.
