- CSV LeaderShip is a registered 1986 Canadian Sailcraft CS40 Hull no2. She is 40 feet in length of 12.79 tons with a draft of 5’ 7”. She was designed by Tony Castro for high-seas racing/cruising and custom: built for two board of directors’ members of the Canadian Sailcraft Company. She sails wonderfully under any kind of weather.All the key systems have been maintained, updated and/or replaced in the past 4 years and she has no deck rot. We are her third owner and she has been used for cruising the Georgian Bay since 2008. She has never seen salt water and has never been in an accident. No expense has been spared to keep her seaworthy and comfortable since 1996 as both Andre, her former owner, and I had the means and interest to keep her up.

Hunter Wing 30 equipment- Hi: mod fittings
- Propeller: Folding propeller (Flexofold, new in 2000). Original fixed propeller will be provided.
- Sails: All new in 2000 and made by North. Mainsail (2 reef points), 130% Jib, and Cruising spinnaker. The jib is on a Harken roller furling unit, new in 2000.
- RUNNING RIGGING: As the previous seller stated, quite a bit has been replaced in the past few years. Extras include backstay adjuster.
- Docking: Three fenders and five dock lines.
- Draft: 4'9" & 7'9" board down
- Instruments: Raymarine Depth, Speedo, and Automatic Pilot (ST4000). Autopilot was updated in 2012 with latest head unit and gyroscope based controller. This works much better than the original model when the sea gets choppy. There is a spare electronic compass and drive belt for the ST4000 autopilot.
- Dinghy: 9' Zodiak with 3.5 Hp 4 Cycle Mercury Outboard
- Solar: 120Watt panel
- Anchoring: Fortress FX: 11 aluminum anchor, 12' of chain, and 200' (?) of nylon line. A spare galvanized steel anchor is available, but the shank is bent. LED masthead anchor light.
- Life lines: Replaced around 2010.
- Electrical: Two 12v batteries, one new in 2014, the other is about two years older. 12v outlet by chart table. 110V shore power and chord, including pigtail adapter. 110v charger for 12v batteries. Multiple 110v outlets in cabin.
- Hot and Cold pressure water: Hot water tank is heated by engine coolant and by 110V shore power. (Brand new hot water heater.)
- Galley: Double sink, ice: box, Gimbal mounted ORIGO alcohol stove and oven. The alcohol stove works very well, with just a turn of the heating knob, and a match. (Percolates coffee very well, and has no trouble boiling water quickly.) There is ample storage space around the galley.
- Chart table: Just forward of the head and has the circuit breakers. Storage in the table for manuals and charts. 1990 Hunter 30' Owners Manual, new hot water heater manual, Yanmar diesel engine manual are provided within he chart table.
