• Winter storage is paid for the 2016: 2017 season, until May 1, 2017, in a great yard that allows for owner and subcontractor work, with electrical and water on site.

• The Nonsuch 30 is a 1980 Classic, hull #33. It has a diesel engine with a saildrive two blade fixed prop. Originally it had a folding prop but it proved to be problematic. The boat has just the basic inventory : no dodger, no bimini, etc.. The lines are just a few years old ( halyards, sheet, dock lines ). I was going to take the sail in to have two batten pockets sewn but haven't done so yet. I was also going to have the knot meter and depth sounder replaced before the start of the season. The hull is in good shape as is the interior. The boat has been a one owner boat and has been tended to as need arose. The boat has only been cruised twice on Lake Ontario and day sailed the rest of the time. In fact, over the last few years it hasn't even left its dock ( no time to sail ). • Serendipity 43, This has New keel. It's 3' 10": plus 9 ft. daggerboard. 13.5 beam. 54.5 ft. mast. now cutter rigged. Very stable, Deck relayed out for cruising. Tiller ,very balanced and easy to sail. It is fully equipped for cruising. I have been living aboard And have made two seasons in the Bahamas since the renovation.
