The most striking feature is the integrated bowsprit, which is also available at Dufour in the new series for an extra charge. A lavishly dimensioned owner's cabin in the foredeck with 195cm x 215cm contains a partition to the (full) starboard pullman cabin. Berth:
Better does not go! The berth is located directly on the promenade, the Kiel line. They park free of charge at the Kiel line and are on the ship after about one hundred meters.

Other special features - Approval as a training vessel:
The "Calypso" is the only chartered yacht available with chartering license in the Kiel Bay, which is only offered for charters. This is especially interesting for sailing schools. Not only SKS cruises, but also e.g. Sailing incentives and sailing coachings can be carried out on the ship. Chartering a car without a heating certificate must be expected to stop your yacht. In addition, the insurance cover may be extinguished.
The approval is given for the 'C': Coastal drive 20 nm along the coast. Thus, only one SKS is necessary for training purposes. A radar installation is planned for SSS training.
"Calypso" is allowed for up to 8 people. At events (Kieler Woche, Hansesail) the ship can be occupied with a maximum of 12 persons (special permit) for day trips. Surcharge for approval: 149 EUR
