- Our sailboat is registered in Guatemala as a tour: operating vessel and has been providing adventurous sailing tours in Guatemala and Belize. She is also captained by a Guatemalan Captain and Crew. She is also documented in the USA.
- Like: new condition. Boat never beached and sailed roughly 20 times. Sails like a dream, but I've upgraded to the Hobie Wildcat. Exciting boat for catamaran sailors both new and experienced.

- This vessel can really move with excellent sailing performance in even the lightest winds : she readily sails when other cruising yachts have to motor. She can reach speeds above 20 knotts with daily runs approaching 300nm. Her performance as a cruiser has been well tested, having completed multiple ocean crossings.
- build by a crew of experienced boatbuilders in epoxi-airex: sandwich for worldwide cruising for a couple with up to 4 guests, fast, stable and secure, interior in teak, many extras like 520w solar power, watermaker 50l/h, parachute, 11'Rib with 15 HP outboard etc.

- NOW IS YOUR OPPORTUNITY TO OWN A QUALITY ISLAND PACKET YACHT. Thinking about the Florida Keys and the Bahamas? With its designed 2': 6" draft and 15' beam this 35' Catamaran is ready to explore the most remote anchorages or enjoy the safety of a marina. Its easy finding a berth as this catamaran features a 15' beam that will easily fit into a 40' slip at most marinas. Owner has had a Value and Condition Survey completed in July and is willing to share this survey with a qualified buyer. Surveyor stated “She has been well maintained with many upgrades and updated equipment.” Newly upgraded salon and galley boast appointments that will have you cruising in comfort and style. A complete canvas package with full deck coverage and safety netting on deck provide a cool place to enjoy your sunset.
- US Documented vessel. Basically: This is a sound vessel with cosmetic issues that could make her look better. She is ready to use as is for coastwise/weekending, & with work would be offshore capable. Selling only because she is just a bigger boat than I want or need.
