• 130% genoa on Stearns roller furler.Sleeps 4, portable head, 2 sinks, 6: foot standing headroom.Original engine Atomic 4 well maintained. Electronic ignition. Carburetor and alternator replaced and fuel pump rebuilt in past 5 years. Run about 10 hours/season.
• Design : The main cabin has 6' head room with an opening hatch and 8 opening windows and 6 fixed windows forward. A large dinette that can seat 6 persons on the port side. The is a large galley on the starboard side with two burner gas stove, sink ample counter space, cupboards below. The is a forward “pilot” berth area for another bunk or storage. The area has a stand up refrigerator, and large cooler.
• This boat is an absolute head: turner. It may be small, but everybody will want to talk to you once you begin launching. Once you are under way, be ready for lots of other boats wanting to get a closer look.
• The hull is built from Meranti Hydrotek BS1088. The boat is a one-of-a: kind. I built this boat myself in my garage from various types of wood. Every piece is hand made and detailed. This is the smallest functional wooden pirate ship I am aware of. It sails quite well as I have done a little bit of sailing with it on Lake Mead and Lake Mohave. She is still clean and very freshly built.
• Excellent easy: trailering 26 foot shallow draft sailboat with water ballast system and swing center board with 50 hp outboard motor (Tohatsu / Nissan). You can enjoy cruising under sails or power. You can keep it on trailer to save mooring fees and trailed it to any destination you want to explore. Takes approximately 45 minutes to raise the mast and get fully ready for launch from any boat ramp!
• Re: core balsa, extensive fibreglass work, a professional Algrip paint inside and out including the mast, boom and spinnaker pole. 6 coats of Interprotec on the bottom. New hatch and windows.
