• Our sailboat is registered in Guatemala as a tour: operating vessel and has been providing adventurous sailing tours in Guatemala and Belize. She is also captained by a Guatemalan Captain and Crew. She is also documented in the USA.
• In summary, 'Mora' is a spacious and well: appointed centre cockpit ketch for fast global cruising in safety and comfort. She is a true bluewater yacht and carries an extensive array of tools and spares enabling self sufficiency wherever she cruises. • This sailboat is really friendly use with 3: 9' board up and 64' bridge clearance. Has port and starboard helms. The main sail drops into a stackpack for easy handling.

• Swift Marine, Wrightsville Beach, went out of business in late 70's. This boat was assembled and rigged(with modern rigging: Harken traveler, lazy jacks, reefing, Pro Furl jib, etc.)in 1996. Boat was pulled this winter and repainted. Kept on boat lift. THIS IS A FAST BOAT. But safe. Never been flipped. It is featured in Multihulls Mag in late 70's. Designed by Ed Dopler, Cal.

• This is a 2005 MacGregor 26M sailboat with many features and currently is located at Hanna Creek Marina in a slip for the season (May 1st : October 31st) which is included. It has a 2006 Yamaha 50hp outboard engine. I have attached pictures including two (2) documents stating all the features of this boat. Also includes a MacGregor trailer. Everything has been serviced, cleaned up, and she is all ready to go for a great summer.
