Alcort Sunfish 42.6 description- UPDATE: Back up in Maine. In response to the all inquires, the CC40 trimaran can best be viewed during the dates of August 15th through after Labor Day. If interested to have hull survey done, the closest haulouts are Front Street Boatyard and Walter Green’s Yard in Maine. The boat is just recently painted and is ready to go. . I will be accepting bids from the asking price through the end of September unless the buyer is fully prepare to consummate the sale upon viewing.

- Design : The main cabin has 6' head room with an opening hatch and 8 opening windows and 6 fixed windows forward. A large dinette that can seat 6 persons on the port side. The is a large galley on the starboard side with two burner gas stove, sink ample counter space, cupboards below. The is a forward “pilot” berth area for another bunk or storage. The area has a stand up refrigerator, and large cooler.

This 1984 40' Ta Shing Baba 40 Sailboat was damaged by fire which was located in the forward cabin. The fire generated intense heat and there is damage to the forward cabin, deck above forward cabin, forward cabin headliner and forward cabin underlying fiberglass structure. Electrical system damaged during fire. Fiberglass hull in good condition for age with shiny gelcoat. Not all equipment could be tested as no power to vessel at time of inspection.
