- MANI- MANI PERFORMS BETTER THAN MANY BIGGER (39ґ: 41ґ) AND LIGHTER CRUISER/RACERS WITH A DRY AND CONFORTABLE MOTION. ABSOLUTELY SAFE IN HEAVY WEATHER (45 – 55 KNOTS OF WINDS IN SEVERAL OCCASIONS). HAS PROVED HERSELF BY CRUISING FROM BRASIL TO GREEK ISLANDS AND THEN TO BRASIL.

- KEEL: 6500lb (2950kg) OF LEAD. IS THRUBOLTED WITH 11 BOLTS OF 1” – 316 L SS. ACCORDING TO ONE OF LLOYDS RULES, BOLTS CAN BE RETRACTED FOR INSPECTION. THEY PASS THROUGH 316 L SS TUBES FIXED IN THE HULL TO AID DISTRIBUTION OF FORCES IN THIS AREA. THERE IS AN ADITIONAL REENFORCEMENT ALONG THE HULL IN ORDER TO SUPPORT HIGH IMPACT ON THE KEEL.

- Hull: 6 LAYERS OF BRASILIAN MAHOGANY VENEERS (1/8) EPOXY SATURATED AND PLACED DIAGONALLY OVER CEDAR STRIPS (7/16 – 5/8) RUNING LONGITUDINALLY FORE AND AFT. THICKNESS IS 1”3/16 (30MM) ABOVE AND 1”7/8 (35MM) BELOW WATERLINE. THIS CONSTRUCTION RESULTS IN A STRONGER AND MORE RIGID HULL IN COMPARISON TO THE SAME WEIGHT IN FIBERGLASS, WITH PROVEN PROLONGED DURABILITY AND NO SPECIAL MAINTENANCE REQUIRED.

Fully outfitted with many upgrades including galvanized Calkins trailer and Yamaha 4 HP outboard motor. The Trailer has a 2" ball hitch, and the tires are ST175/80D13B 13 x 4.5. Overall height of sailboat on trailer is 6'5". Overall length is 17'6" from hitch including motor. Overall width is 6'0".
