Allmand 31' description

• Forward V: berth and aft cabin. Alcohol stove. Bathroom/shower with sink. 27 gallon water tank with electric pump. 13HP Yanmar diesel motor has only ran 10 hrs since rebuild in 2013. Rigging fully replaced 2013. Bottom cleaned repainted and propeller replaced 2016. New gasket installed around fuel gage. NADA guide values @ $11,105 to 12,710.

• 1981 Catalina Capri 25 HIN: CPSK0113M81C. Trail: Rite Trailer VIN 1T0BS18DXES072739. Great daysailer which has been dry docked the last three summers. Third Owner. Trailer and 5hp outboard included. Huge cockpit that sleeps four. Needs TLC but can be sailed as is. Get ready for delightful summer sailing.

• The Mason 43 is truly a bluewater boat : is very sturdy and well built. The woodwork on and inside the boat is magnificent. The mainsail is mast mounted furling and the genoa is furlex roller furling so the boat is easy to sail. She is a great liveaboard. I have been living on the boat in the Bahamas over the last four winters.

• Engine: yanmar 1 GM10: professionally replace all all piston rings and gaskets. in 2000. Did overheat, no seizing but needs new rings and honing from marina service
• Storm jib Hanks: well used bought second had does not look pretty

• Jib Hanks: used again some rust spots and worm but sails great no rips
• 1 : 4 year old deep cycle batter , 1 Start battery in cabin both in good shape from panel

• Perkins 4: 108 with new injectors, fuel pump, Balmar regulator, wiring, and water pump.
