American 14.4 description- UPGRADES: New bottom paint, royal blue top sides paint, new upholstery un white vinyl, new floors, new countertops. Recently converted to mid: boom sheeting witch added a lot of room to the cockpit and installed a new Garhauer traveler, blocks, triple rope clutch, deck organizer and deck hardware 2.5 yr ago. Sheets and halyards are now ran to cockpit for easy 1 man handeling. New cabin entrance door in 3/4 inch plexiglass.

- “Melrose” is the Plan B model, with a comfortable headroom of 6'4". The main salon has a U: shaped settee with beautiful teak table and a bench settee opposite. The galley is to port with a double SS Sink and an insulated top load icebox with 12 volt Grunert unit. The navigation station is across with ample storage and comfort. There is a large quarter berth starboard. The interior boasts beautiful Costa Rican teak and the sole is teak and holly. Forward is the master stateroom with overhead hatch and bronze opening ports, and plenty of storage in shelves and cabinets also under the berth. There is a separate shower stall in the enclosed head to starboard.
