Bavaria 46 description- Gumdrop yawls were designed by K. Aage Nielsen and built by Paul E. Luke in East Boothbay, Maine to excellent standards. Nielsen is particularly well known for his beamy shoal: draft centerboarders, which show a very good turn of speed for their length and comfortable accommodations for their size. MAGIC is one of six sisters built to the Gumdrop design. She has been upgraded over the years as required and well cared for by very knowledgeable owners. Current owner purchased the vessel in 2010. Marine survey from 2010 is available.
- Bavaria Cruiser 46 is one of the best yacht in this category of sailing boat. Her design features sleek, modern exteriors with a broad, inviting cockpit and a full: width lowering transom / swim platform. Below, generous port lights and hatches fill the salon with light, complementing the luxurious interiors that are customizable with numerous choices of woods, flooring and fabrics. The voluminous layout belowdecks offers 3 or 4 double cabins (Three or four cabins – the CRUISER 46 is flexible. Through an intelligent flexible bulkhead in the bow, the comfortable master cabin can be converted into two spacious cabins in just a few steps), 3 heads and showers, all en suite, and the master suite has a separate shower room to port, and the head and basin separately to starboard. And to top it all off, twin helms and twin rudders add to the incredible performance and handling capabilities you would expect from this Bavaria.
- Short Bus has proved to be a very competitive boat in both light and heavy air. We have had great success since re: launching in 2008. We like to say that the Bus likes to punch above its weight class as we perform very well against the 30 footers (J/29, J/30, S2 9.1, Santana 30/30). Short Bus is truly race ready. The only thing I would add would be a new Fries Sail Design 155% genoa.

- A fine example of these world cruisers and live: aboard vessels. Her life started in Lake Superior, in Wisconsin, and then she was moved to Texas. The owners at the time cruised her for a number of years across the gulf to the Bahamas, and ended up in Charleston. The boat then spent an extended period of time in Charleston, including a trip to the Bahamas. She then returned to Wisconsin in 2008, and has been in fresh water since then.
