Bayfield 29C description- The hand-built C&C 35 is a classic blue: water racer/cruiser with a sweeping bow and solid wood teak and mahogany interior. This 1984 model has been babied in the last 11 years on one of the cleanest lakes in the country. It’s a solid, fast, stable boat, enjoyable to sail and overnight.
- Owner: Niels Tempel
- Extensive work: bench and tool/parts storage area located in companionway to aft cabin
- Huge fore: deck with large storage locker integrated into the superstructure
- New anti: fouling and technical maintenance.
- An exceptionally well maintained ex: charter vessel that has been owned by the same family since new. Ta A Na II has had above average care in a very small charter fleet known for above average maintenance and the owners, who are very adventurous and active part time sailors, have made regular trips to the boat each year and have carefully followed up on routine maintenance as well as some significant recent upgrades.
- The sailboat is totally turn: key, and can be sailed asap, but does need some minor interior and electrical TLC. Motor fires first time, every time, and runs well.
- The Mason 43 is truly a bluewater boat : is very sturdy and well built. The woodwork on and inside the boat is magnificent. The mainsail is mast mounted furling and the genoa is furlex roller furling so the boat is easy to sail. She is a great liveaboard. I have been living on the boat in the Bahamas over the last four winters.
- This owner operated 3: cabin layout Lagoon 400 was enhanced and optimized for autonomous long term exploration.
- You only want to sail her around her new home port? No problem: whatever works on a circumnavigation is double safe and comfortable for shorter term cruises. Just think of the security provided by her EBIRP, DSC SSB, GPS satphone, DSC VHF and her Raymarine LifeTag Sytsem.
- Introduced in 1980, the Westerly Fulmar was the second design by Ed Dubois for Westerly, the first being the smaller Griffon 26. It was intended as a replacement for the Laurent Giles 31: footers (Westerly Longbow, Berwick, Renown and Pentland), but was a substantially higher performance yacht, so much so that they were used for match racing and race training. The main production run of the standard Fulmar 32 ended in 1992 with over 400 built, but a very few Fulmar 33s were built up to around 1996, these later boats having a modified transom with 'sugarscoop' boarding platform.
