Beneteau 31 description- This is a 1-year: old boat, Platinum Edition, fully equipped with factory upgrades. Only one owner, which should go without saying, and used exclusively for day sailing in Lake Michigan. Only 45 hours on the engine. All routine and required maintenance has been completed, winterization and engine service by Crowley's Yacht Yard. Its one winter was shrink wrapped.
