• Sparkman-Stephens design that built as a solid hand laminated glass GRP lay: up according to Lloyd’s specifications and inspections during the build. An incredibly solid yacht built to the highest standards by skilled Finnish craftsmen. The bottom has a fin keel with a protected skeg hung rudder and a 3 bladed fully feathering 22’’ propeller. The hull color is white with a blue waterline and a wider blue deck line.

• The deck is easily worked. Headsail furling, practical anchor locker forward, well-placed non: skid, lifelines. Everything about the First 310 helps show why this boat has been inundated with success. Fast and fun to sail. Two closed cabins layout! This particular 310 is kept by a meticulous owner who has made many upgrades on his vessel and changed several parts with new ones. Sails are original but in good conditions, recently cleaned and refurbished.
• Main sheet winch, traveler, and jib sheet winches are all within easy reach of the helm. All non: skid (no teak) decks, double bow and stern railings, and double lifelines provide secure passage around the decks. Seven hatches with custom Outland ridged covers, four dorade vents and eleven opening ports (Newfound Metals Stainless steel just installed 2015) provide ample light and ventilation below.
