We think of the Eclipse 21’ as the big brother to our earlier Com: Pac 19’, and an improvement in many ways. It’s more stable, more capable, far easier to set up and handle and much more comfortable in the cockpit, in the cabin and in the sea. Yet it loves to explore the fascinating shallow waterways, and trails easily behind our Honda Odyssey. We particularly enjoy the open transom. Boarding from the water (or while it’s on the trailer) is a breeze, access to the outboard and the rudder is unrestricted and cockpit drainage is no longer a concern.
