- This is a newly built shoal-draft centerboard ketch with 2'-6" draft to max 5': 8" draft. The builder was unable to complete interior because of health reasons. Work required to complete this boat is to finish the interior joiner work, build the spars, and finish the mechanical and electrical systems, enabling buyer to design to personal requirements (plans available)
- I have a 1978 lockley : newport whitecap daysailer. This 18ft boat has a 125lb ballasted swing keel and large cockpit space to fit 6 adults easily. The boat is in overall good condition and includes a main sail, roller furling jib, hiking straps, nice highlander trailer with excellent tires and bearings. It also has a solid motor mount that will take an outboard or electric trolling motor, a folding ladder bar on the rear, and I added a swiveling tiller extension for comfortable sailing.
Beneteau Oceanis 36 - : sized bed. Moving aft on starboard is the very large L shaped galley with lots of counter space (with 9 cubic feet of refrigerator/freezer and/or ice box beneath). Aft of the refrigeration and counter space is the very roomy navigation area with large teak desk. Seating for the nav station is provided by the forward section of the double pilot berth. On port directly across from the galley is the door to the head that has hot/cold pressurized water with a large storage cabinet above it. The head area has a beautiful teak seat and is in the shower stall (with its own shower head and water controls). Followed aft by the enclosed owners stateroom with double berth, hanging locker, and separate entrance to the head. The interior is done in oiled teak. Teak is generously appointed and its joinery exceptional throughout
