- Carpe Ventos, a 1979 Cal 34 Mark III sail boat for sale in Seward, AK. This solidly built two-cabin racer/cruiser is comfortable for either an afternoon sail or long: term trips. We have had her in races and also taken her out for 4 weeks of solid, comfortable cruising. Boat sleeps six, has head with shower, galley with non pressurized alcohol stove and icebox, hot water heater (AC and passive), hanging locker, 60 gallon freshwater tank, and tons of storage. This is our seventh season with her and we've kept her well maintained and continuously upgraded the systems. We've sailed her throughout Kenai Fjords National Park and Prince William Sound, and now she's ready for her next adventure! She is absolutely turn key and ready to go exploring, racing, cruising, or head south!

- Description: The Mirror is a small, light, easy to sail, easy to transport, pram dinghy. Basically a stable family boat for all ages and abilities, ideal for just "messing about", it is also raced widely and actively both in the UK and abroad. Its ease of handling makes it a very good single-hander. For racing the crew is two but when pottering three can be carried. The boat can be rowed or fitted with a small outboard motor - it can then accommodate four or five people. Ideal for training young people, it is an RYA-adopted Junior Class. Many of the UK's top sailors started in a Mirror! A strict one-design, the Mirror became an International Class in 1989.
