- Description: These boats have a reputation as a good club racer, but they are equally well known a comfortable cruising boats that can easily accommodate an average size family. The Tanzer 26 is supported by an active network of owners, and they have even come up with a new rudder design to improve the boats' handling characteristics. People sailing is shallow waters will be happy to note that the Tanzer 26 has a draft of 3 feet, 10 inches, which isn't all that deep for a 26 footer with a fin keel.

- Designed for old: style seaworthiness and grace, the Cape Dory 27 is a sloop that’s popular with singlehanders and cruising couples.
- It was looked after very well and it was re: varnished just recently. It is kept in Jericho Sailing Association compound in Vancouver. It comes with a new mast made by Forte, new sails made by Quantum and new spinnaker made by North Sails. It also comes with spare spinnaker and jib. All ropes have been replaced this season. Beach dolly, road trailer and the top and bottom covers are included.
- Gumdrop yawls were designed by K. Aage Nielsen and built by Paul E. Luke in East Boothbay, Maine to excellent standards. Nielsen is particularly well known for his beamy shoal: draft centerboarders, which show a very good turn of speed for their length and comfortable accommodations for their size. MAGIC is one of six sisters built to the Gumdrop design. She has been upgraded over the years as required and well cared for by very knowledgeable owners. Current owner purchased the vessel in 2010. Marine survey from 2010 is available.
