• 1973 27 ft. Catalina C: 27k sailboat. Hull# 1085 with main sail and jib, has sink and single burner stove. Doesn't have engine but does come with anchor. Buyer must remove by water.
• A cat: ketch is a boat with 2 masts. The main mast is in the very front of the boat, like a cat boat, and the mizzen is in the middle and almost as tall as the main. This splits the sail area into two highly manageable sails
