- Sailing equipment includes two harken 16 self-tailing winches, solo-sail rigging, jib, storm jib, 150 genoa, and main all in good condition. 12: volt battery and handheld radio also included. Rigging sturdy and in good condition. Bimini installed in cockpit. Automatic bilge pump recently installed as a preventative measure, but has yet to be triggered (dry boat). No leaks or soft spots. 2006 Yamaha 4hp outboard engine just received oil change and tuneup and is in great condition. Comes with primary and backup Danforth anchors. Air conditioner and mini fridge included in purchase (optional).

- Very nice Bill Lapworth designed Cal 31. Spent 99% of its life in fresh water. Extensive refit in 2014: 2015, and in very good mechanical condition. Recently sailed from Chattanooga, TN to Carrabelle, FL; living aboard for two months. Fresh bottom paint in Nov. 2014. Completely ready for extended cruising. Can provide manuals and reviews by email.
- Legendary, trailerable, gaff: rigged day sailor with Mastendr Quick Rig Sailing System. Green hull with white deck and cockpit. Aluminum spars. Only used in freshwater.

- Engine 2007 13HP 2: cylinder Volvo Penta fresh water cooled. Engine has been run at least twice a month, and has the oil changed every year. There is only *236 Hours* on the engine like new.
