- 2006 COMPAC Eclipse. This is a Beautiful 21ft sailboat wailer and 2008 6hp Yamaha Outboard. Sink, propane stove, V: birth, chemical toilet, two six foot benches large enough for an adult to sleep on. Plenty of storage space. Very easy to rig up and rig down. One person can easily raise and lower the mast, even while underway. Low bridges no problem. Large cockpit, swim ladder. Sails well, easy to trailer and launch. Great for sailing around the bay and trips to Catalina. She gets tons of compliments every time I put her in the water. Turn key, ready to sail.

- Break N Wind Creekmore 7 meter Mostly a race boat decent interior with surprisingly large v: berth, portable head. Can sleep four comfortably. New Perfection paint job deck and hull in 2009. Newer running rigging sails are original but in excellent shape jibs 90,120,140 2 spinnakers and one main all bowers sails. All hardware, rigging, headfoil in great working order.
