Catalina 27 description- Located in the Midwest, USA-737 is a fresh-water only boat, always dry: sailed, stored indoors, and very well maintained. She has all the options including trailer, trailer box, full covers (mast, boom, bulb, hull, deck, jib), Honda engine, as well as black stanchions, boom & mast. Loaded with extras including Tactic Racemaster, ProStart, Hutchinson lifelines with diagonals, new sheets and backstay in 2013, carbon tackline deflector, and carbon spin block deflector. Upgrades include adjustable Jib halyard allowed by 2008 rule change and lifelines lowered and tensioned to comply with 2014 class rules. Plenty of sails (10) including a practice set, club racing set and new set in 2013 including North 3DL Main.

- This is a great daysailer or trailersailer. She draws under 2' with the 600lb swing keel in the up position, and kick: up rudder in up position. She points surprisingly well with the keel down. She has lived in freshwater for all of her days. She comes with a Dilly trailer, and is one of the most easily trailered swing keel boats, because the keel comes all the way into the hull. She is rigged as a fractional sloop. The mast is deck stepped with top and intermediate shrouds, headstay and backstay. She comes ready to sail with a main and genoa, running rigging, all in good condition.
- GrayLag, a True North 34, is a full keel cutter measuring approximately 41' overall including bowsprit, boomkin and Aries self: steering wind vane. She is stable and seaworthy with a beam of 11’ and a draft of 5' 6" and a classic look complimented by the exterior teak. Designed by Stan Huntingford and built in 1983 in North Vancouver with a fibreglass hull and finished on Vancouver Island, GrayLag has none problems with blistering or the structural issues sometimes found in the Taiwanese built versions.
