Catalina 27 description- ALEXA is an former danish fishing boat built 1938 from jens Peter nipper in skagen Danmark.1993 start the rebuild to original gaff: ketsch. After 3 years rebuilding i finished the rebuild. And i start charter Business. - "Gentle Winds" : Water Ballast in excellent condition, wanting an offer on this sailboat. I haven't had enough time to sail and needing to sell. Title is clear. 2 coat > catbird seats > all cushion for inside and out > speed depth built in cockpit > VHF radio inside cabin > water ballast > never been in saltwater. Sails are in excellent condition attachable outside grill > very clean and in excellent condition.
