Catalina 27 description- All deck hardware were replaced with new mid: range harken track and cars. Harken rolling furling (installed in 2013). Self tailing winches (installed in 2013) in cockpit.

- Below decks Anemos offers a very accommodating salon with fold up table, two long bench settees and standing headroom. Forward is a private cabin with a double V: berth and large opening hatch. Aft is a long, full sized quarter berth. Helena sleeps 5 comfortably. The Galley is aft to port and features ample storage and countertop space, alcohol stove and large ice box. The marine head is just aft of the forward cabin and features a new Jabsco marine head with holding tank and vanity.
- Very young, none-the: less every little thing that bothered this owner got fixed just right since commissioning new. This boat is very clean, shows as though still brand new, and will please any buyer looking for the perfect Leopard 40 Owners Version.
- Sloop rigged, all lines leading aft to cockpit. Teak overly on swim platform with ladder. Deck Safety is highlighted with clean layout with double lifelines. Self bailing T: shaped cockpit with swing pedestal wheel steering and full array of electronic navigation equipment including radar, depth, speed, wind direction/speed and sought after hydraulic Raymarine autopilot. Cockpit is comfortable and setup with ample storage in tidy port locker and large starboard full depth locker complete with teak overlay on bench with high quality seat covers.
- Below decks at center is the full width salon/dinette with port and starboard settees and high: gloss finished wood drop leaf table. Aft to starboard is the after facing nav station with the main electrical panels, entertainment center and electronics. Aft to Starboard is the enclosed head and shower molded fiberglass vanity top and marine toilet. Aft is the master cabin wide queen birth. Good natural ventilation is provided by overhead hatches and opening ports with OceanAir retractable screens and privacy shades.
- White spin - 2007 : Full size. Great shape, hardly used. We quit racing shortly after this showed up.

- Engine: Nissan D22 diesel. 38 HP. The mechanic who rebuilt it in 2007 is in town here.
- Built: in spice and liquor racks
- Rigging: Stainless. Some old, some newer. Needs inspection. None newer than 2001, but no obvious defects.
- Known issues : 1. Rotten wood in cabins from leaks. Some has been replaced, some not. Some areas of flooring need replacing 2. Some old wiring needs replacing. 3. Toerail is teak and is rotten. 4. Hatch in forepeak has leaked for years, and most cabinetry forward has to be replaced. (photo of forepeak is when it was in better shape) 5. Fuel tank is iron and has rust inside. Could be epoxied or put bladder in, or use one of the 3 water tanks for fuel. 6. Needs house batteries. 7. There is evidence of termites, mostly in forepeak, which is not uncommon here in the jungle, even on expensive boats. 8. Gelcoat on decks is crazed. Needs refinishing. 9. Boat has not been hauled in 7 yrs. so bottom paint old. Imron hull paint also old and deteriorating.
