• Aft and to starboard is the enclosed manual head plumbed via a Y: Valve to the holding tank. A vanity with storage and a sink with H&C pressure water via a "Telephone" style faucet. Ensuite shower drains to a separate sump.
• To Port is the L: Shaped Galley with storage in several lockers and drawers. A large well insulated Refrigerator (Adler Barber) and a two burner gimbaled propane stovetop make preparing meals very convenient. H & C pressure water are plumbed into the SS kitchen sink. Further aft there are two wide 6'6" quarter berths with some storage under as well as in shelves above.
• 74 Sunfish : this boat was garage kept and is dry. Includes trailer with title.
• Nice 27' Catalina sailboat. New 4: stroke outboard 2013, new upholstery 2013. Bottom paint 2013. Sails in extremely good condition.
