Bottom job 4 years old, New top job, Beefed up rigging and chainplates, new roller furler good sails 150% jib, Boat was being made to circumnavigate, Keel has been reinforced and fiberglassed to hull with 1-2 inches of fiberglass. boat sails great, new head, wireing, good built in marine air, new fresh water pump with 2 large fresh water tanks, Brand new diesel or gas tank. Original diesel has been removed by previous owner, has 9.9 fourstroke mercury that moves boat fine. new Bimini top, oversized anchor, open to any offers.

Catalina 30 description- Single-sit-on-top kayak with akas/amas (outriggers), 16' retractable sail, retractable rudder, drop: in dagger board, pedal Mirage drive drops in. Outriggers fold flush against body for launch/landing, pedal drive pushes flush underneath for beach landings, kayak can be pedal/paddle driven alone or with outriggers, 2 built in rod holders, storage enclosed front and rear and center and large open storage behind removable seat. Trailer for transport is included. Trailer has lights, chains and 2" ball mount to hitch. This little boat is a blast to use and allows day sailing, camping, fishing, stand up casting, expeditions. Very stable even without outriggers, but use them when using the retractable sail. Sail comes off and stores in its own bag, outriggers come off and store in their own bag, amas have handles for easy lifting. Mirage drive drops in or lifts out and hole seals with fitted stopper. - A fiberglass Custom 44 centre cockpit ketch rigged, mono: hull professionally built by Joseph L. Correia in Vancouver, Canada and is the 17th hull from the moulds. The Custom 44 was based on the Bruce Roberts Offshore 44 design. It was then outfitted by shipwrights from the luxury boat building industry in Vancouver area.
- New cushions and covers, new paint in and out, masts recently re: stepped. 4 head sails, main and mizzen all in good to new shape. Extra rigging, stay cables and blocks. The ropes are only 2 years old. Teak decks, cedar strip plank hull, teak stanchions, oak ribs. Very nice lines, classic look.
