Catalina 30 description- 2006 COMPAC Eclipse. This is a Beautiful 21ft sailboat wailer and 2008 6hp Yamaha Outboard. Sink, propane stove, V: birth, chemical toilet, two six foot benches large enough for an adult to sleep on. Plenty of storage space. Very easy to rig up and rig down. One person can easily raise and lower the mast, even while underway. Low bridges no problem. Large cockpit, swim ladder. Sails well, easy to trailer and launch. Great for sailing around the bay and trips to Catalina. She gets tons of compliments every time I put her in the water. Turn key, ready to sail.

- The Buzzards Bay 19, SPARROW, is an exceptional looking day: sailer built by The Landing School by Kennebunkport, ME and designed by Peter Culler. She is styled after his 17'8" Concordia Sloop boat with a heritage that goes back to small working vessels. Based on his Concordia design, Culler added 1' to the hull, length and width wise, 6" to the draft along with additional engineering improvements to make a more seaworthy, traditional looking, gaff rigged, day sailor. Sparrow has been impeccably cared for by her enthusiastic owner since 2002, having been built at the Landing School in Kennebunkport, ME in 1996. She has spent most of her time in the Watch Hill, RI and Cohasset, MA waters. She is an exceptionally beautiful example of the model and has just recently been reconditioned by Snediker Yacht Restoration. Perfectly housed on her included Load Rite trailer, she is easily transported and currently stored outside the Dog Watch Cafй at Dodson Boatyard in Stonington, CT.
- Plywood/fiberglass sailing dinghy/rowboat/tender. Transom reinforced for small motor. Three: piece mast and sail in excellent condition. The wooden boom and a portion of the chine on the bottom of the hull have some rotten portions from rainwater/neglect. The price reflects this and a few other minor cosmetic blemishes. Catalina 30 - : pressurized Alcohol stove similar to big sterno cans that are much safer to use. Teak and Holly flooring, very deep bilge, dual batteries with light up battery gauge to check each individual battery, 150 genoa, 125 genoa, gennaker with sail tape repair can only be used in very light air (sail it like a genoa with no spinnaker pole). Good headroom (around 6' 1") all the way to the vberth, table in cabin folds in half and swivels up out of the way and has book storage on wall behind it for charts or magazines, bug screens for all hatches including companionway for a great nights sleep, 5 foot draft, huge 39 pound anchor with chain, cockpit cooler with drain, teak cup holder (holds 4) at wheel in cockpit, wine rack with led lighting and wine glass holder, led lights in engine compartment, sound proofing material added in engine compartment, access to engine from cabin or from huge opening in cockpit, separate head with holding tank, mast lighting that lights up bow, light and heavy headsail sheets, bimini and dodger connect together, stereo with separate amp,Nice cushions, lots of storage, nice wide deck, two hatches (one in vberth, one in saloon), vhf radio, light blue curtains, Huge fresh water storage (75 gallons), super huge diesel tank allowed us to motor from old hickory lake to KY lake with no fill ups and still had plenty (about 45 gallon tank),the Yanmar diesel sips fuel and uses around half gallon per hour, Just replaced impeller and belts.Family not so interested in sailing,downsizing.
