- Re-powered with Kabota Universal M25: XP diesel in in 1987. On land for full inspection. Bottom redone with 12 coats 3 years ago. Need a small tear in Jib sail repair and new Jib lines and a halyard. Also need mast lights rewired. Comes with 6 self inflating life jackets, new handheld VHF 160. Oven removed. New switch panel. Great first boat very forgiving.

- Befitting a family cruiser, and unlike many chatter designed cats, there is ample room for storage on Tribe: huge spaces below the aft cabins, the starboard hull has plenty of open shelving (great for books) as well as storage lockers (great for tools) and a wet locker. Forward cabins all have storage space below the beds as well as under the cabin seats and 4 large open storage areas next to each bed.

- The hull is a water cut, inside-outside, welded Cartel Aluminum. Hull color dark Blue, deck covered with white anti: slip protection on original aluminum. Cockpit trimmed by antireflection white color on the side walls and teak wood inside the cockpit walking and seating areas laid with black caulking. The stern design incorporates a bathing platform trimmed with teak slats and teak slats stainless steel steps and handle for access from the stern deck.
