• Description: 1980 Catalina C-30 "Irish Mist II" in good shape. Fresh water boat. Fin keel, standard rigging, kept at Lake Norman Sailing Club (can take over great slip on last row of docks). A great family boat. We've slept four on it as a weekend getaway. Lots of extras can be included based on final purchase price. I have owned it since 2008. Mildly interested in a partial trade-out for s smaller sailboat that is a bit easier to single-hand on the lake. The diesel engine has low mileage and has been very dependable. I'm letting the teak go to natural to reduce maintenance time.
• Equipment: Helm steering, magnetic compass on pedestal. A genoa sail (I replaced circa 2010), main, fathometer with cockpit reading, speed indicator, rolling furler for jib, cabin includes tw0 galley sinks, ice box, storage. Main forward cabin is comfortable for most couples. Kids can sleep in cabin and berth near stern.
