Catalina 30 description- This is a 2005 MacGregor 26M sailboat with many features and currently is located at Hanna Creek Marina in a slip for the season (May 1st : October 31st) which is included. It has a 2006 Yamaha 50hp outboard engine. I have attached pictures including two (2) documents stating all the features of this boat. Also includes a MacGregor trailer. Everything has been serviced, cleaned up, and she is all ready to go for a great summer.

- 1985 J27 Hull #34. Well cared for, dry hull and deck. Deck redone with Sikkens non: skid in 2015. Faired hull, keel and rudder. VC Offshore antifouling painted finished to 1500 grit over Interprotect barrier coat. Currency owned by a sail maker and a retiree who enjoys boat maintenance. Comes with lots of new sails, dyneema halyards, backstay, life lines ect. 5hp Mercury 2 stroke with high thrust propeller (only weighs 42 pounds).
- 4-stroke 6: HP Suzuki outboard new in 2011, with only about 5 hours use. Over two years remaining on warranty that is transferable.
- The spacious salon is next with an L: shaped dinette to port and a single settee to starboard. This has been modified, with the table folding partially up, with more storage behind the table, and drawers built in under it.There is generous storage throughout the salon with storage below and behind the dinette and the settee. There are shelves and cabinets outboard on both sides of the salon. There is a carpet cut to fit the salon floor.
- On starboard and just to the right of the companionway is the forward facing, sit: down nav station. There is plenty of room for all of your instruments and it is the electrical hub of the boat. The breaker panel is hinged with a key lock and folds out for safety and easy access for maintenance.
