- TC 41 aft cockpit ketch. Main mast aluminum, mizzen wooden. Partial re: rig with new nylon rigging. Remaining rigging stainless, age unknown. Chainplates solid. Hull extremely heavily laid up and all but head intake thru hull replaced with new nylon and brass.
- Dulcinea is a 1997 IP: 350. She is a proven blue water capable boat as Dulcinea has comlpleted a circumnavigation with her first owner. Her second owner has cruised Dulcinea in the Bahamas and the Atlantic Coast. Her bright work has a fresh coat of varnish and she has been buffed and waxed. If you are looking for a cruising sail boat with lots of cruising equipment, Dulcinea should be on your short list!
- The 28’ Morgan Sloop has a traditional layout with V: berth and head forward. Galley is along starboard side. Dinette is on port side. Aft quarter berth on starboard side with storage in aft port side. Interior has been refurbished with new cushions and marine grade vinyl (see photos). Galley which is located starboard side in salon. The inboard Atomic4 engine rebuilt in 2013.

- Description: Designed by Gerry Douglas, over 300 hulls were built through 2008. Very popular and a great boat for a couple or small family or guests in the aft cabin. The interior is very open and the master stateroom forward has a walk around queen berth and a door for privacy. There is plenty of storage with drawers and lockers. The head is fully enclosed and contains a shower too. The galley is L-Shaped with a good size refrigerator and space for cooking on a great gimbaled stove. There is a nav table which also doubles as additional galley surface space. This keel is winged and a large spade rudder provides great maneuverability even in tight spaces. She has a reputation of being a dry boat while under sail. The double spreader rig offers high aspect sail power and the shrouds terminate inboard leaving 18” of walk space from front to back. Catalina cockpits are legendary and this is no exception. You can have 8 over for cocktails on the 80” long seats & two on the catbird seats. Access from a dinghy or the water is exceptional with the walk through transom. This is a very nice vessel!
