Low engine (410) hours, sails are very good and cleaned by Dodge Sails every year, interior is cleaned every spring and fall, no head odors. This boat is tight. Your family will love this boat, as ours has, for cruising or the occasional club racing. You will not find another Catalina 36 MK II with all new B&G Electronics, in-mast furling and low engine hours at this price!
