- THE OUTREMER 49 PERFORMANCE CATAMARAN is the newest model from the 30 year old yard in the South of France which has produced legendary cruising cats and transatlantic race winners. She is an innovative creation from the design: board of Christophe Barreau well known for his successful multihulls such as the TS50 and Catana range of catamarans. The Outremer 49 is a fast cruising catamaran and is equipped with twin daggerboards that will help the windward sailing ability as well as reduce the draft to a mere 32″. A cleverly integrated composite bimini forms a lightweight platform to attend to the sail bag and it can be converted into a fully enclosed cockpit providing shelter from rain and sun. The floor is conceived completely flush, on one level and there are no steps between the saloon and the outside cockpit.

- Scotfree is a Herreschoft Neria ketch, plans: built copy in ferroconcrete. This unique yacht has been cruising Lake Deschenes for 42 years from the Britannia Yacht Club.
- Cockpit: Very roomy and comfy! Can sit easily 8 adults. Easy to clean with the wash: down system. The double folding table is permanent, therefore, you can eat on the go. The cushions are held down by stainless steel snaps, so they don’t fly out. There’s also a giant storage bin for the batteries, fenders, life jackets, etc under the middle seat and 3 more storage bins on the stern.
- Salon: Very open and bright. There’s shades on every opening. Very comfortable U shape dinette corner with solid teak table. This space become a berth as well, perfect to cuddle up and watch movies on rainy days. The card table and the compartments under the seats offers a lot of storage!
- Head : Large ‘’wet’’ closet with drain. The toilet has been changed to an electric one with foot controls. There’s a hot and cold pressurized shower with separate sink and build in pharmacy.
Catalina 36MKII - Description: Inside the companionway you step down into the galley and salon. The galley is U-shaped and has full corian countertops, two drop down coolers, a deep freeze, and a double sink. The salon is huge with a 6-8 person U-shaped dinette with a large swivel table. Opposite that is a large convertible settee for more entertaining or extra crew. Towards the aft is a pilot station and electroncis setup along with controls for the TV/DVD player that recesses into a cabinet. Both front and back cabins are for two people, the rear being a master cabin under the cockpit.

Catalina 36MKII - : sized bed. Moving aft on starboard is the very large L shaped galley with lots of counter space (with 9 cubic feet of refrigerator/freezer and/or ice box beneath). Aft of the refrigeration and counter space is the very roomy navigation area with large teak desk. Seating for the nav station is provided by the forward section of the double pilot berth. On port directly across from the galley is the door to the head that has hot/cold pressurized water with a large storage cabinet above it. The head area has a beautiful teak seat and is in the shower stall (with its own shower head and water controls). Followed aft by the enclosed owners stateroom with double berth, hanging locker, and separate entrance to the head. The interior is done in oiled teak. Teak is generously appointed and its joinery exceptional throughout
