- excellent condition: we are second owner since 1999. In 2008 we completely refurbished the boat as noted below. In 2013 we put in a used Volvo Penta diesel model 2010 with low hours on it. The boat looks great and sails great...it is ready for the Sound and San Juan Islands.

This 1990 model has the best mix of options for your dollar : the larger four cylinder ( 30 hp ) diesel inboard; the keel stepped mast; and the walk thru transom with the swim platform. - I re: designed the rig as a balanced lug on wooden spars with an aluminum mast. The sail was professionally made by Andy Soper of Kingston, Ontario, and has two sets of reefing points set up with jiffy reefing. She has a nice downhaul system specially designed to facilitate tensioning the rig and making adjustments from the helmsman's position while underway. Her centerboard is galvanized steel (weighs about 100 LBS), and is easily lifted with an attractive custom winch mounted on the case. Removable wooden outboard bracket which is mounted on the port quarter.
