- Description: Catalina Capri 30 - 1983. The Capri is the “racer-cruiser” version of the venerable Catalina 30. However, at 4900 lbs it is less than half the displacement. Of the total displacement, 2400 pounds are in the 5’4” deep lead keel, giving it stability in any wind conditions. The boat is excellent for day sailing or overnight cruising and can be competitive in local racing. (PHRF rating is 111-114).

- 2006 COMPAC Eclipse. This is a Beautiful 21ft sailboat wailer and 2008 6hp Yamaha Outboard. Sink, propane stove, V: birth, chemical toilet, two six foot benches large enough for an adult to sleep on. Plenty of storage space. Very easy to rig up and rig down. One person can easily raise and lower the mast, even while underway. Low bridges no problem. Large cockpit, swim ladder. Sails well, easy to trailer and launch. Great for sailing around the bay and trips to Catalina. She gets tons of compliments every time I put her in the water. Turn key, ready to sail.
