Catalina Fin 76.2 description

  • A classic heavyweight long-distance cruiser designed by Peter Ibold. Endurance 35s have been built in steel, ferro and GRP : Erasmus is an 'aluminium' Endurance, built by Kingston Aluminium Yachts in Canada. Today she is in 'as new' condition, having undergone a major refit during the last four years. A new 29hp engine, the interior completely rebuilt and new electronics/instruments. Very good cathodic protection, monitoring and control unit. This yacht is in excellent condition.

  • Construction: hot molded mahogany plywood hull, diagonal veneers; laminated mahogany backbone, rudder, and cabin house; laminated sitka spruce frames; plywood deck. Lead ballast, bronze fasteners.
