Catalina Mark 36 description- Posted my ad long ago and had numerous offers but I was not ready to sell until January 2016 because dock space wasn't available at MDR Hotel for a larger boat until this month, and I grabbed the larger slip! So I'm now ready to buy a 42: 43 foot boat and sell my Catalina 36 Mk II. Price lowered January 2016. Owned my 36' Catalina Mk II since it was new (1997). In beautiful condition. One of Catalina's most popular models. Used mostly for few trips to Catalina and Sunday sailing. Diesel engine with 450 hours. Well equipped with roller furling jib, autopilot, inverter, GPS chartplotter, and radar. Spacious interior with two staterooms, large salon and full galley. Last bottom paint 3 years ago. Bottom cleaned 2 times/month. Dingy has leak but is included. Love this boat and only selling so I can get a larger boat now that a slip is finally available at MDR Hotel. Eager to sell because as of January 2016 I'm paying for a 40 foot slip to accommodate a 43 foot boat!! Lowered price so this is best priced Catalina 36 on market on West Coast!
