• Description: This Catalina 36, Mark II is an extremely popular boat of her size. She has both a well planned cabin and deck, all with in a great sailing boat. This particular Catalina 36 has always sailed in fresh water, with just two owners. Stored each winter in inside storage. Well equipped with desirable features as: complete electronics (wide screen color radar with plotter, autopilot, knot/log, sounder, AWI/WS, flat screen television), furling genoa, fully battened mainsail, electric windlass, cockpit dodger, full galley (propane range, microwave, refrigeration), and her long list continues. • Construction: fiberglass, fin keel, skeg hung rudder
• Fiberglass water: 110 gal. (tank monitor) 10 gal. water heater
• Electrical: 6: 6v. Duracel AGM batteries (multi choice selectors)
• Spars: Alum., Stainless steel Norseman Rig; (1/2”)
• Plywood/fiberglass sailing dinghy/rowboat/tender. Transom reinforced for small motor. Three: piece mast and sail in excellent condition. The wooden boom and a portion of the chine on the bottom of the hull have some rotten portions from rainwater/neglect. The price reflects this and a few other minor cosmetic blemishes. Oars/oar locks included.
• 28' 1977 MARINER, it is beautiful inside and out with a Yanmar inboard motor that is in great running conditions, the motor alone runs between $6,000: $10,000. The sailboat is currently getting a brand new exterior paint job done in white. The interior of the boat is also in great shape. Great for a couple to live in or great for the weekends, very specious and you are able to stand inside the boat with no problems.
