• Marshall 22 Catboat -- Hull # 15 -: 1967. In very good condition. Has the original "open" cabin plan. Believed to be one of the few boats with the "oversized" rig that adds about 52sq. feet (440 vs. 388) over most Marshall 22's. • Description: Beautiful and dependable, ready for cruising. Pullman berth with custom mattress. Hot and cold pressurized water, hurricane furnace, refrigerator. 3 staterooms, two heads, nice shower in forward head. Walk through transom with shower on the swim step. 6.5 ft head room in cabin. 3 burner propane stove with full size oven. Double galley sink. 4 speaker radio with 6 CD deck. The cockpit is fully enclosed with canvas and has a teak folding binnacle table. All halyards run to the cockpit for ease of single handed sailing.
