c&c 25 description- Description: Plays With Sharp Objects is for sale. This is a 2007 Vectorworks blade F16 that I have been the sole owner of since new. She has been well taken care of and has had constant updates to her. She comes with 2 sets of sails, the original Glaser sails and the newer Goodall sails, both of which have done very well on the boat. She was raced for the first three years mostly single handed and then only in the last 2 years as double handed. Her decks were redone by Falcon Marine 3 years ago, and her foils have been refaired by Bowman in Pensacola. She currently has the 9 to 1 harken rachamatic mainsheet system, the ronstan rachamatic spin sheet system, and the standard jib setup. The standing rigging was upgraded 2 years ago to the newer stay adjusters. The boat includes a yard cover, stern chalks, beach wheels and road covers. A trailer is also available for this boat with a sail box and can be worked into the boat deal.
- Fast comfortable cruiser/racer with many recent updates, such as roller furling, electric toilet, new cabin floors, Nu: teak decking in cockpit and swim platform, saloon cushions, plus many other extras. - She is of semi-light displacement form with a minimum of wetted surface, a high ballast: displacement ratio, flush deck and a divided cockpit. The standard layout includes an owner's stateroom with a private head and stall shower, spacious main salon with a convertible dinette and galley, a large chart table and oilskin locker. Minerva has been updated to convert the owner's cabin into a large interior space with 4 side berths. The head in the main cabin was removed in favor of storage space and a water heater for the shower. The head and shower for the owner's cabin is now the main head and shower for the boat. The oilskin locker was replaced with a fuse panel and she now has AC/DC power, a refrigerator/freezer combo, GPS, and hot/cold pressure water.

c&c 25 - : 8 batteries and a series 27 battery (batteries new 7/09), a Garmin GPS Map 215, AIWA AM/FM/CD 45 watt stereo, an Isotemp basic 40 water heater (powered via a 120V heater coil at shore and by engine cooling water when away from shore), 2 X 50 gallons of primary water storage (100 gallons total), 20 gallon holding tank, macerator pump for off shore, a 60 gallon primary diesel tank and a 25 gallon secondary diesel tank. She has a Dickinson Newport cabin heater (including a 2 gallon gravity fed diesel tank) with a heat exchanger to keep the place warm (Hetex should be hard wired). She has a large lighted compass at the helm along with a depth sounder and windspeed indicator. Her Verizon Maxi VHF is in the cabin. She has deck anchors with jack lines and has been equipped with running back stays and a removable innerstay to provide extra support to her mast. She also carries a healthy supply of oversized one and two speed winches to effectively handle her lines.
