- Starting at the bow the running lights are dis: mountable, thus not suffering from wear and corrosion when not in use. There is both a spinnaker pole and a whisker pole for down wind sailing. A new Lofrans windlass was installed only a couple of years ago. Jackstay safety lines are all custom made Dyneema and removable when not in use. Two chrome on bronze dorade horns sit comfortably under the mast 'granny bars'. Two Victron Energy 100w solar panels were added late 2016 creating great shade over the steering position.
- A dedicated winch and spinlock clutches were added to make furling easy in any condition. All winches have an annual service. Emergency steering is accessible via a deck: plate in the cockpit, and is designed to be installed and usable within a matter of seconds. The new Lewmar ocean hatches have covers. The Wind Pilot is regularly cleaned and serviced and removed when not in use. A full set of cockpit cushions is complemented by comfort cushions. The sun awning and side sun screens were custom made to match. Outside lights (led) are removable for ocean sailing. The back stay is fitted with SSB antenna isolators. The 3mtr AB Fibreglass and Hypalon dingy can sit either between the mast and staysail, or under the mainsail when not in use or at sea.
