• Trailer: Completely overhauled in spring 2015 -: 4 new tires, new surge brake system, new coupler. Trailered the boat about 1000 miles and had no issues.
• Sails: 2 mains (full battens), working jib, full jib, genoa (150%), spinnaker (new)
• Anchors: 35lb and 15lb Danforths with about 200 ft of rode
• Engine: Yamaha 6HP -: runs great, good gas mileage (fully serviced in May 2015)

• Newport 27, 1973. Perfect little cruiser with lots of modifications and equipment for long: distance cruising or living on board. 6 ft headroom in the back. Located in the Bahamas (Green Turtle Cay, Abacos). Safely stored at the Abaco Yacht Services strapped into a hurricane cradle ($186 per month).
