- RS Tera Pro or Sport, 3: layer rotomolded PE plastic construction. We have one new boat and one used. The used boat comes with a new mylar Pro sail. The used Tera Pro is priced at $2500 saving you over $1100 in freight, 2014 boat cost and setup charges. Dealer freight typically runs about $450, a new 2014 Tera Pro lists at $3399. We have one new 2012 Tera Pro for $3199. It has yet to be wet. It has been set up for two boat shows, but never sailed. - Hull and deck: She has recently had her hull faired and topsides and deck painted, 2012: 2014. Hull and deck both sounded well before purchase, with no springy spots noted. Hull is solid laminate, no core. All deck fittings and winch gear are included in sale, but will require installation and bedding in the spring.
- I don't want to scrap her out: I want another dreamer to have the chance to afford his or her dream.
- Auxiliary propulsion and mechanical: Atomic 4 engine installed. The engine turns over with good compression. Fuel tank is clean and in good condition. Comes with Martec folding prop.
- Steering: Inboard rudder, tiller steered. The rudder is NEW with NEW rudder post bushings, a common failure area on older Pearsons.
- Cabin: Refit needs to be finished. Galley equipment is included, including Origo 2 burner alcohol stove and sink. Head has received NEW toilet and NEW holding tank, so that stinky job is DONE! Bulkheads are solid. Cushions are clean, but worn and due for replacement.
- All of the hard work has been done: the painting, the fairing, the head installation. Install the deck hardware, splash, step the mast, bend on the NEW main and hank on a jib and you are sailing! Currentlly, she is an IDEAL beer can racer with the cabin stripped down.
