- Comfortable accommodations for six people. The port settee features a small convertible table with storage underneath. Opposite is an L: shapped settee that converts to a double. There is a large bulkhead mount table with storage behind. The navigation station is to starboard as is the electrical panels. Across from the nav station is the guest head with shower stall and a large doube berth and hanging locker. Ample storage throughout. The master stateroom is forward to starboard with a pullman type arrangement. The head is to starboard with a separate shower stall.

- Description: 1970 22' Columbia with trailer! This is a rare find, a large fixed keel boat this size with a trailer! It has a working toilet, sleeps two comfortably, has a sink and fold out table, seat cushions for inside and outside seating. It comes with a brand new 6hp Tohatsu Sail Pro 6 long shaft (less than 100 hours) perfect for its in cockpit motor mount. Has a hinged mast step for easy raising and lowering of mast. The sails are in good condition including Main, Jib, and Spinnaker. Comes with some extras including plenty of new life vests, anchor with new anchor line, cup holders, stereo, sail covers, fenders and original manual. It is currently on the trailer in my drive way and ready to be taken to the marina of your choice. The boat is just small enough that I have been able to get docking for it on inside side ties for just $200 a month during the summer and save money by keeping it in my driveway for wintering and repairs.
