  • Auto: pilot install
  • Excellent sailboat and lots of fun - fast. Fresh water. Lots of recent work performed : NC17 bottom, new electrical/lights, raced all year in Buffalo harbor. Great and well running outboard. Interior still needs some work if desired. Some good and some fair sails. Possible slip in Erie basin as well. More pictures to follow.
  • Cabin Cushions : need some TLC (have been changed since photos)

  • UPGRADES: New bottom paint, royal blue top sides paint, new upholstery un white vinyl, new floors, new countertops. Recently converted to mid: boom sheeting witch added a lot of room to the cockpit and installed a new Garhauer traveler, blocks, triple rope clutch, deck organizer and deck hardware 2.5 yr ago. Sheets and halyards are now ran to cockpit for easy 1 man handeling. New cabin entrance door in 3/4 inch plexiglass.
  • 2010 WWP: 19, Lightly Used, Stored Inside, Ready to Sail Away. 2011 Tohatsu 5hp 4cycle Maybe 10 Hours.

  • Very nice Bill Lapworth designed Cal 31. Spent 99% of its life in fresh water. Extensive refit in 2014: 2015, and in very good mechanical condition. Recently sailed from Chattanooga, TN to Carrabelle, FL; living aboard for two months. Fresh bottom paint in Nov. 2014. Completely ready for extended cruising. Can provide manuals and reviews by email.
  • Sails: main & mizzen. No headsails.
  • Tons of parts: reefer, diesel furnace etc.
  • FRP hand layed: up hull, no hull blisters. Interior 60% gutted due to rot.
