Concordia Yawl 40 description

• The sailboat is totally turn: key, and can be sailed asap, but does need some minor interior and electrical TLC. Motor fires first time, every time, and runs well.
• Engine: 2 cylinder Volvo Penta 18 HP Diesel.
• NEEDS: repair work to starboard ama and bows. Needs new rudder, finishing electrical and doger and bimini.
• A great project cruiser or roomy live aboard. Boat has: The large central cockpit "living room" is fully cushioned and divides the forward cabin from the aft, making two separate private living quarters. Standing head room throughout. The forward cabin has two full size comfortable berths, a vanity, with a sink and a bench, lots of storage compartments, and a head.The aft cabin has two much larger berths than the forward cabin. A full galley with plenty of storage compartments and a large navigation station. The engine room can be accessed easily from both cabins. The 26 gallon aluminum fuel tank has brand new fuel lines and a brand new Racor 500 fuel water separator. Also, brand new, a 35 gallon fresh water tank with new manual pumps. The shore power works and comes with a cord. The 12 volt system is almost complete. Comes with 4 brand new 12v house batteries and a multi phase 12v charger (needs cables and and installation).Not brand new, but working includes a 360 watt solar panel, solar inverter/regulator, Garmin depth sounder, Lowrance GPS, VHF radio. The galley has a two burner propane range, 43 quart Edgestar fridge/freezer (12volt/110), and a double stainless sink with foot pump. Airflow is great throughout the whole interior and has been kept clean. The decks have whisper grey nonskid (2 part gel coat). also including 5 gallons of deck paint. The sails are hank on and in good condition. The standing rigging and running rigging are original, in good shape, but obviously upgrades could be made. We sailed the boat from Mississippi to Saint Augustine Florida almost two years ago. It sailed and motored great.
